the rooftop pool was nice after a long flight. the rooms was clean to.
the restaurant staff attitude was terrible to my relative when they handed food to someone. also, the air condition made noise. there was work beside the room, and it was very loud before 8 in the morning. that really messed up my day.

I found the staff to be super helpful. they arranged a taxi to the airport for me when i was leave. I also liked the selection of restaurants nearby. There was a great CHOICE. my room was cleaned every day. They refilled the water bottles, which i apreciated.
The air CONDITIONING was very noisy, and i couldnt sleep well. i turned it off, but then i couldnt breathe EASILY. the walls felt thin. I could hear lots of noise from outside. The breakfast was also not fresh. The bread felt hard.

the rooftop views were acceptable.
The room was quite disappointing. It was small, lacked a wardrobe or space for luggage storage, and the air conditioning was faulty. street noise was excessive, and the windows provided poor insulation, disrupting sleep. the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the bed was half-made, with cushions on the floor on the first day.

the location is GREAT. it is walkable from historical sites. the rooftop pool offered ample relaxation . the restaurant was clean!
The hotel offered luggage storage for 20 baht per piece. That surprised me a little.
